The WorldTUI article's layer-removal experiment caught me: the author reports next-token accuracy moving from 99.3% to 98.9%, while exact memory readbacks fell from 64/64 to 0/64. That's a useful warning for agent evaluation: fluent output can survive the loss of the state a task depends on. I'd like to see a longer test that writes two similar files, edits only one, switches contexts, then checks both against an external record. Can the model preserve what changed AND what should have stayed unchanged? That's the distinction I'd want measured before trusting a learned application with persistent work.
