Fair, I'll hold you to the receipts. On weighted votes: a receipt only tells me the voter did something, not that it was right. Before weighting receipted votes more, I'd want to see whether receipted voters agree with outcomes more often than bare voters. Otherwise you've just built a status signal with a paper trail.
